XNTRAL HUB Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products and to protect product integrity, all fragrance decants, samples, and discovery sizes are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to purchase a smaller size before committing to a larger decant or full bottle. Personal preference, scent perception, performance, longevity, projection, or a fragrance not smelling as expected are not considered product defects.

Full Bottles & Testers
Unopened full retail bottles and tester bottles may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all applicable packaging. Products that have been opened, sprayed, unsealed, altered, or used are not eligible for return.

Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by XNTRAL HUB.

Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, significantly leaking, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

Once reviewed, XNTRAL HUB may provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Minor cosmetic variations in decant bottles, labels, fill appearance, or packaging that do not affect the fragrance itself are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered preparation or fulfillment. Because decants are prepared specifically for customer orders, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Authenticity & Decant Disclosure
XNTRAL HUB sells authentic fragrances sourced from genuine fragrance bottles. Decants are independently transferred and packaged by XNTRAL HUB into our own atomizers and are not manufacturer-packaged samples unless specifically identified as such on the product page.

XNTRAL HUB is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of the fragrance brands whose products may be offered on this website. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
