PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

XNTRAL HUB offers fragrance decants, samples, discovery sizes, and, when indicated, full retail bottles and tester bottles.

We are committed to selling authentic fragrance products. Fragrance decants offered by XNTRAL HUB are independently transferred from authentic fragrance bottles into XNTRAL HUB atomizers. Unless specifically identified as an original manufacturer sample, decants are not packaged, bottled, or distributed by the original fragrance manufacturer.

Product photographs, packaging, batch appearance, bottle design, and presentation may vary as manufacturers update their products.

INDEPENDENT RETAILER & TRADEMARK NOTICE

XNTRAL HUB is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of the fragrance brands whose products are offered on this website unless expressly stated otherwise.

All brand names, trademarks, product names, logos, and other intellectual property referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are used solely to identify the authentic fragrance from which a product originates.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, unauthorized resale activity, or other circumstances that may affect order fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information and pricing are accurate but reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies.

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be modified or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated.

FRAGRANCE EXPERIENCE

Fragrance is subjective and may perform differently depending on skin chemistry, environment, application, storage, and individual perception.

Descriptions of scent, longevity, projection, notes, seasonality, occasion, or performance are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute guarantees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance decants, decants and discovery sizes are generally final sale except where otherwise required by law or where XNTRAL HUB determines that an order was damaged, significantly leaking, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for resolution.

SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. XNTRAL HUB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

PERSONAL USE AND SAFETY

Fragrance products are intended for external use only. Customers should use products according to appropriate fragrance-use practices and discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
